When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use the product, we collect the project data you create (rooms, items, budgets, images).
2. How we use your data
We use your email to notify you about product launches and updates. Project data is used solely to provide the Moodroom service. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising or AI training.
3. Storage and security
Your data is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and is encrypted both at rest and in transit. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect it from unauthorised access.
4. Data retention
Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or we launch the product. Product data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@moodroom.ai.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate Moodroom — for example hosting, data storage, and sending transactional emails. They process your data only on our behalf and solely to provide the service. We never sell, rent, or share your data for advertising, and we don't use analytics or tracking that identifies individual users.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@moodroom.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
Moodroom does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for authentication and session management when you use the product.
